Crochet Classes for Kids and Adults!

The library will provide hooks for new students. Students that participated in previous classes please bring your hooks and yarn provided to you then.

Some yarn available at class for use.

If you are out and about and would like to buy a skein of your choice of color some yarn recommendations are:
Red Heart yarn (Walmart) has a good worsted weight for beginner crocheters.

Hobby Lobby’s choice of yarn would be the “I Love This Yarn” brand.  

Kids-only class will be offered right after school at the library: 

Tuesdays, March 5th and 19th
from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.

Adult “Books and Hooks” Club will also meet

Tuesdays, March 5th and 19th
from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

For new and old, beginners to professionals, this is a club for all crocheters of all kinds!

Wee Wigglers!!

Wee Wigglers is currently underway for the 2018 – 2019 year!

This is a free program for ages lap-sit (with parent’s supervision) to age 5 available at the library!

Classes are geared toward learning letters, shapes, and colors!

Classes meet for an hour every Wednesday morning from 11 – 12,
unless otherwise posted!

New Kansas Notable Books

New to Dudley Township Library this October are the 2018 Kansas Notable books along with a great selection from previous Kansas Notable years (2006 – 2017). This project is made possible by the State Library of Kansas and the Institute of Museum and Library Services! Thank you for this amazing opportunity!!

Books are available for patron check-out. Kansas Notable Stamp seal is located inside front cover of book and Notable Books are located on their own special cart between front circ desk and the Spanish/rotating shelf! If help is needed just ask the librarian working!! Check out this great collection today! There’s something there for everyone!
